we are facing legal issues with former chief promoter cum secy. we want to methodically initiate legally expulsion process. Can you give the steps please since he has cheated us a lot and can we call sgm to minute and decide and declare him as having done breach of trust. this would be helpful for future actions.

a few years back on the recommendations of judiciary the Registrar Delhi had referred matter to CBI for investigation of such societies which I believe were 90 in number. You can get such details under RTI from ROC.

Yes you should record minutes and breach of trust,embezzlement and lodge complaint with respective authorities.

Yes as opined by you, a sgm's minutes resolving the steps to be taken against the chief promoter and secretary will be the next best legal option to proceed against the erring person.
