Make a compromise fast , else a very grim future is waiting for you.

I'm trying my best for compromise but in worse case what should I do ?

Please don't mind, artificiality of your case seems evident.

Also, your queries are more of the premature nature or vague. For example:

1. What counter case should file against my first wife and what are strong possibility of wining.

- Your query is quite vague, as you seem to be interested more on taking revenge rather than pursuing your divorce case effectively. Moreover, you should NOT have expected the experts to suggest you the revengeful meansures. A pertinent question arises, WHY SUCH A QUESTION HAS NOT BEEN ASKED BY YOU FROM YOUR LAWYER FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS, AND IF ASKED, WHAT IS THE REASON THAT YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY MENTION ABOUT HIS ADVICE?

2. If 420 proved against 1st will the marriage declared void.

- Yours is a premature vague question. Experts here are not astrologers to predict any such thing, when you have not discussed anything about the contents of the case?

3. how to rescue me from my second wife if in worse case she file case against me.

- Vague & premature query, when no such problem you are fcing for the present. Also, why you did not prefer to ask your own lawyer on this issue, when he is very much in association with you for the last six years in connection with your divorce case?

4. What are the consequences I have to face if proved guilty or if there is provisions to get acquitted.

- Premature question! Depends upon how effectively your own lawyer is able to fight your cases. So, you will have to wait for the outcome of your case/ cases. However, Shri Devajyoti Barman has already given ample hint about digging your own grave.
