Effect of sequence of cases in matrimonial dispute?

(Querist) 30 April 2015 This query is : Resolved
Hi,

Is there any merit in sequence in which 498a, DV & crpc-125 are filed? (the objective being extract as much as possible). I read a lot of places that DV is first choice of weapon and 498a last.
Is there any effect if this sequence is reversed?

Academic query!

How you are concerned with the sequence of cases and what you will gain to know which is the first or last choice of weapon (DV or 498a).

If not involved so far, pray God you do not get involved. That is all for you.

Apoligies if it sounds academic. But its not. I already have one on me, and waiting for the others to follow...

The sequence in filing those case has no relevance in the merit of the respective cases.
