Sorry for language mistake sir this is biswaswar working as technician gr 3 I joined South eastern Rely feb13.I applied for the the post in Dec 2012 .Eastern and South eastern both railway. My H.S.completed 1998. But unfortunately I didn't mention in my application from (adv qualification is minimum MP I TI) so I confused.when I got first Serly then the time attestation from RRB kol and serly include HS.qualification. but after technical resignation I got join Early same post but my billing and recruient clerk at the time attestations did not add my qualification as I did not mention in my application from please suggest me how can I add it .My service is citontinue service book came from Serly to Early can this time HS automatically added in early can it any problem in service life please help me

Apply for correction of this mistake. better do this now than never.

Thanking you valuable answer. But went to wpo office for applied correction and add for HS. Certificate.the drilling Clark are confused one of them told when Service recorded come from Serly then automatically added.another clerk told me it suppression fact you punished for it. Please advice me the real rule or fact

I applied in both railway E.R. and SER as M.P.and ITI minimum as per adv. Unfotunatly i miss to mention about my H.S. . I had been selected first Southeast Rly southeast and kol RRB had attached and pvr H.S. certificate Ihad been farther selected Eastern rail at same post . I had took technical resignation and joined Erly but at the time of attestion I informed Erly about my H.S. qualification but they ignored as per application .my service continuing from Serly to Erly. My service book will come from Serly to ERly. My quarry will ERly take the H.s. automatically. Shall i be punished suppressed fact .how I add my h.s. or how I save to it. Dae of joing 2013. Mp 1996.H.S. 1998. I am handicaped person help me

Can the punishment major . I have no monytory and promotion benefit to it

This problem can be solved only after the department decides about what is to be done on your application, so be in touch with your department admin people about updates on this issue.

if you are interested to know the rule then please been lightened:-
(I0 one is liable for disciplinry action for conitnuing studies while in Govt service without written permission of the deptt.
(II) he has no right to add qualification in his record which he acquired without proper permission, unless deptt decided to be lenient.
(III) if the deptt does not add the qualification the no promotion / upgradation can be claimed. No application for outside job/ deputation can be forwarded where such qualification is essential.

You have properly advised to enquire about the rule from your admin staff who denied you or made you to run in fear about the subject, because this appears that one staff is cooperating with you and another seems to tease you.
