Dear Experts,
I got married in feb 2012.My wife refused me to stay with me and left me in nov 2013. After that i have tried my best to make her understand to come back to me. But all my efforts are in vain.
Now in may 2014 she filed an RCR in court that it is me who left her. We have gone through the mediation ordered by court but there is no settlement comes out. She blamed me with so many false alegation in front of mediator (verbally) and in last she usually says she is ready to stay with me.
Now situation is that i dont want to stay with her because she had alegated me & my family in such a bad manner which i cant forget. They told me to give 15 lacs which they had spent on marriage to settle down the issue (divorce). i will not going to give her money.it was a simple marriage without any dowry.
i offered them to bring the bills of expenses of the marriage and on based on expenses bill, what amount mediator will fix i am ready to pay. but they failed to bring the bills as they have given false expenses of marriage (verbally).
Now the case again moved to main court.

Now can she file any other case on me and on my family to harass us?
We were staying separately in another town from my parents.
I have all the bills of travelling, holidays shoping , hotels bills etc that its not me who betray its she who betrays me and due to her greedy family she only wants money from me thats why they are harassing me.
She was already a divorcee which they did not disclosed us. I came to know when she also left me and the same way they also cheated that boy and his family and took money from them.

Please advice. Your valuable suggestions will help me to save me from being harrased.

She can still file case u/s 498A, 406 IPC. She can file case under PWDV Act as well.

Anyway that does not men you have to succumb to her pressure and fork out so much money. Contest the case and test her patience.

In her RCR she stated that we were living a happy life. but at sudden he (means i) left her to her parents house.

I have a copy of returned tickets which i was booked when we came to our home town to celebrate diwali. After diwali she had not come with me when we go to meet her parents.

My lawyer says not to worry that She has file a simple RCR. We will do accordingly what she do next.She has mentioned nothing in it like about any violence did by me.She just stated that in diwali there is a small quarrel and i left her.but in mediation i have seen her other face. verbally she elegates us very much.
I am little bit worried and confused as her father always stays in court( like making license, other court related documents etc by taking some money from customers - we can say agent type person).

Dear Author,You had been Well advised by Expert Mr.Devajyoti Barman.Now have Faith in your Advocate and Relax with out your Own Imaginary Things.Let your Father in Law do any thing in Court and How you are affected because of his Work in Court.

One more question sir. Can i file a case for divorce on the base of disertion by my wife after 2 year that is after nov 2015 even if she filled rcr petition as earlier said.
Please sugest.
