Please let me know the proportion of the property for the family structure as given below

1st Wife Late Mrs. A
2nd wife Late Mrs. B (X re-married Mrs. B after the death of Mrs. A

with 1st Wife Late Mrs. A
3 sons & 4 daughters

2nd Wife Late Mrs. B
3 sons only

NB: No will were made

Now my question is ..

(1) What will be the LEGAL PROPORTION of property of Mrs. X among his Sons and daughter from both the wife

(2) Who will be the successor of the portions of the properties of late Mrs. A and Late Mrs. B
ajay sethi (Expert) 29 December 2014
the children of second wife have no share in self acquired property of 1st wife Mrs X . on Mrs X death her property would devolve on her 7 children . similarly Mrs B self acquired property would devolve on her 3 sons .
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 29 December 2014
Mrs. X is entitled to 1/11th share in the property. On their death, A and B's right in the property extinguished however their children will be entitled to 1/11th share each equally.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 30 December 2014
Since both the wives of X have expired, each legal heir of X is entitled for equal share in the property of X.
