I am buying a flat in Maharastra at vasai from a reouted Builder.Sale Deed registered in the name of investor.Builder told us that they will get it cancealled and register in my name,can it be cancelled as the sale agreeemnt between investor and builder is less than six month old. what will be the buying procedure in this case.And what are checklist we should follow for buying this type of property? thank you in advance

Deed of cancellation can be made between builder and investor . subsequently builder can sell the flat to you .in the alternative investor can sell flat to you subject to NOC from builder

Thank you for information, in my case flat is registred in the name of invester by paying registration fee,stamp duty etc.My question is that what is the cancellation period for a registered property and what document should i check befor proceding for registration between me and builder.Property comes under Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation of Maharastra.
