My sister signed in a bond paper she will leave the house in 11 months.but we have not registered it.is there any validity for that paper.now she is staying in my house as care taker

Sir.she is staying as a caretaker.she has her own house which she has given out for rent

Sir since I am working in other place.she was the caretaker .now she is not leaving the house.she is not paying anything.it was a letter of undertaking that she I is the caretaker and she will return the house after 11
months
