Got a judgement, mediation at Allahabad where I have to pay 20000 and travel cost to wife and stay till mediation.
question How come 20000 has been granted ?
doesn't they consider husband earnings.
how much will it cost to get bail ? after mediation is over and will they arrest immediately once mediation is over

wife i msc dietitian, was studying for PHD, I am not earning last salary drawn was 18000 which i left after marriage was struggling in business and I have studied till Higher Secondary only...
It been 6 months of marriage and got notice from Women cell,,..after 3 meeting i applied for stay at high court and Judge made decision to pay 20000 and travel cost,,..heres the judgement
On the matter being taken up today, petitioner, who is
husband his submission is that on account of matrimonial
discord, Smt. daughter of respondent no.4 has left her matrimonial
home and currently she is residing with her parent and as
dispute in question is arising out of matrimonial discord and
marriage has taken place on 17.11.2013 and petitioner
would not give any further chance of grievance, and there
being probability and possibility for re-conciliation as such in
the facts of case, this Court should come forward, and give a
helping hand so that relationship is saved.
As both the parties are represented, in view of this, Registry
of this Court is directed to transmit xerox copy of the all
relevant papers relating to this case before Mediation and
Conciliation Centre, Allahabad within 10 days and Mr
Singh, petitioner prior to 20.09.2014 should deposit Rs.
5000/- with the Mediation Centre, Allahabad that shall be
treated as fee in lieu of mediation exercise that would be so
undertaken. On the said deposit being made, notices would
be issued to Mr Singh and Smt. for
participating in mediation process. This much has also been
undertaken before this Court that till mediation process is on
and report is submitted by 10th day of every Calender
month, Mr Singh, petitioner shall make /deposit
payment of Rs. 20,000/- in the account of Smt. , on account number being furnished by Smt.
to Mr Singh, by sending SMS. or by any other
mode For every trip of Allahabad, Smt. and
her one companion, would be reimbursed by petitioner,
Mr Singh by ensuring payment of railway fare/ bus
fare of her and her companions travel.
As mediation exercise is on, as pursuant to impugned F.I.R.
dated 11.07.2014 registered as Case Crime No. 137 of
2014, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 406, 377I.P.C. and
3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Agra, no
coercive action be taken against the present petitioner as
well as petitioners of Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. #####
of 2014.
It is made clear that the moment, terms and conditions are
not complied with, the interim order shall stand automatically
vacated and action would be taken against husband, for
misleading the Court.

In mediation the husband has to defray the cost of travelling by the wife if the court do directs.
Comply it and consult your local lawyer.

"List this case-----" means that the case will be posted for hearing during the second week of January, 2015. On that day both parties should be present in the court and submit the outcome of the mediation. The court will pass orders in the light of the result of the mediation and submission s made by parties.

My lawyer is not helping me
And can't afford 20000 for travel expenses is there a way to put a objection for paying 20000 as my lawyer says I have to bear charges

You have been awarded to pay Rs 20000.
Whether you have obtained any stay order against this order. If not then comply.

You may appeal against the order and apply for interim stay of the order. If ur advocate is not conducting ur case properly or is not advising you properly, high time to change him for a more experienced lawyer.

I am attending mediation and on 2nd date wife didn't turn up and submitted fake medical as mediation date was her birthday and now been told that she will put dv case for maintanence taking this 20000 into consideration
NExt date is in jan do I have to pay 20000 again and I have taken loan to pay this money as and not able to work as well
shall I put a plea in high court to stop 20k or challange it in supereme court
