If the car was given for servicing to a registered service center then they must have issued document mentioning date, time of having received the car for service..................it is your witness and defense...............

Transfer the onus on service center that allowed the car to be taken out by the manager..................

Engage an able local lawyer................

1. If the engineer has a valid driving license then your insurance company will pay the compensation.

No need to worry in the given case as the liability shall be owned by insurance company.
