the firm registered under the name of RAJESH DEVELOPERS.
THE FIRM DIRECTORS(RESPONDENTS IN THE SUIT) PURCHASED THE DISPUTED LAND ILLEGALLY (LIS PENDENCE TP ACT SEC 52)) AND DOING ILLEGAL REAL ESTATE BUSINESS UNDER THIS FIRM.
Q1.THE PLAINTIFFS WANTS TO FILE CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST THE FIRM AND CANCELLATION OF FIRM IS IT POSSIBLE TO FILE A CASE?
Q2.THE PLAINTIFFS WANTS THE FIRM BY-LAWS AS WE WANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT ARE THE FUNCTIONS OF THE FIRM.HOW TO GET THE DETAILS OF THE FIRM.
Q3. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE AND WHICH DOCUMENTS WE NEED FOR FILE A CASE AGAINST THE FIRM.

THANK YOU EXPERTS SUDHIR KUMAR,RAJENDRA K GOYAL AND AJAY SETHI SIR.
we(plaintiffs) entered in to the "possessory agreement of sale" and filed the suit which was ancestral property and already it was sold by father of executant of "possesssory agreement of sale".father(x) has no right to sale the coparcenary property as the son(y) and children(y1,y2) entered in to the possessory agreement and specific performance of suit was filed by petitioners.
the father sold the property to the rajesh developers and the was died.the petitioners filed the suit against the rajesh developers , son(y) and the children(y1,y2).
PLS GIVE ME ANSWERS FOR Q1,Q2 AND Q3.

you cant file cancellation of firm registration . you can file criminal complaint of cheating if you are aggrieved .
it it is registered as a company then you can take search in registrar of companies .
your lawyer will guide you as to documents required to file case against Rajesh developers
