If the order of maintenance is not complied with, you can file execution case to implement the same.

You can not take items of your MIL without her consent when she is living in separately and not Jointly.

File execution for maintenance.

file contempt of court proceedings if husband has failed to comply with maintenance orders
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 16 July 2014
your husband is to give maintenance as per court orders and not your MIL. Your position does not entitle you to take articles from your neighbors which are doing well.

Well advised by experts leaving no scope to enter.

If you are taking anything fro your mother-in-law's house, it amounts to stealing and you can be prosecuted for that offence. If your husband is not obeying the court order to pay you maintenance, you may file EP or contempt of court against him.

Instead of filing THEFT CASE against you, your MIL is good enough to leave the house..SO THAT YOU CAN ENJOY THE ENTIRE HOUSE OF YOUR HUS & IN LAWS!!
