I would like to initiate the divorce process on account of the following circumstances.
We got married four years back and my wife is mentally unstable (Hyperactive, abusive, compulsive and sometimes uncontrollable).
She wanted to move to her hometown to Delhi from Chennai. Though we stayed hardly together (max 5 months) and lived separately during this time like she used to live for 5 months in Chennai and remaining in Delhi or even 2 years she did the last time.
She returned at the beginning of this year and told me wanted to start family and behaved in a very normal way. After a while she got pregnant and its started all over which let me shocked and now worried for the unborn baby.
She says if you want to see baby or me shift to Delhi otherwise don't come. She already created a mess talking to my brother and says I dint support her till date and staying with my parents and I did whatever I could in terms of paying monthly rent and other households.
I am in a terrific situation explaining to anyone nor disclose as she behaved very well this time than any other time before (frequent fights).
I kindly request you to advise me of any immediate solution as myself leading a very stressful life.

if you want to save your family life you will have to shift to delhi .
if you dont want to compromise file for divorce by mutual consent

Divorce is only option to end this agony.
Go for mutual divorce else the divorce suit can go for years together.

Take the help of nears and dears, family friends and society effective people to amicably solve the matter. if not possible move for mutual consent divorce.

Married life is full of compromise and adjustment. Accommodate her wish too.
Remember: Their wishes changes very fast. So fulfil one, and get a quick wish from her that you always wanted.
Go to west , when she says, though u want to go to North. Very soon, she will ask you to go to North.. BE HAPPY,by doing so.. It's Woman nature. Ever-changing. Take full advantage and Enjoy Life. Opposing can lead to unhappiness, sadness, ruining your life. Better use tact.
