Ni 138 case

Dear Sir,

we have filed NI 138 case in Mumbai accused is based in Delhi we have served warrants. but we have received police report he has left delhi.

meantime we came to know he is attending the local court of Karkardoomas,Delhi in other cases. my question is can we make application for issue of warrant to that Karkardoomas DelhiCourts to serve the warrant on his appearance.
