Payment of entry tax in west bengal

Dear sir, We are the Regd. Dealr under WB VAt Act and asking CAn we pay the the entry TAx or Not beacuse some decesion pending in High Court against the Entry Tax ?

Lot of writ petitions are pending in high court on entry tax matters.
In most of these cases since stay order is passed, the petitioners are not paying the tax.
But those persons who have not challenged the tax is not enjoying the fruits of the interim order.
