On written complaiant when concerning court issued notice under sec 340 Cr P c to the non applicant, after receiving the reply of non applicant court can dismissed the complaiant or forwarded to JMFC court for further action as per law.which procedure court can be adopt The matter is suppresed high court order and obtain order in his favour by the non applicant.

if applicant has surpressed facts from the court and obtained favourable orders from the trail court you show draw attention of the court that passed favourable orders to HC order .

the impugned order would be set aside .
