Can ipc 182 be implied by me or police bebore investigation for false ff.i.r.

DEAR SIR,MY RIVAL LOGGED F.I.R. ON ME AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS THROUGH FALSE ALLEGATIONS OF I.P.C. 379,382 ON 21.01 2014BY GIVING BRIBE TO S.H.O.I MADE COMPLAINT OF THAT S.H.O.AND INVOLVED CONSTABLE AT THE SAME DAY BUT NOT ANY CROSS F.I.R. WAS LOGGED BY ME.THE C.O. TOLD THAT IF THE ALLEGATION COMES TO BE UNTRUE YOU WILL NOT SUFFER.BUT I.O.IS ASKING FOR BRIBE TO GET THAT F.I.R.TO GET FINAL REPORTOTHERWISE HE WILL TAKE THAT BRIBE FROM MY RIVAL AS HE IS READY TO GIVE BRIBE.AS IT IS THE MATTER OF CROPSTEALING FROM MY OWN FIELD AS MY RIVAL IS TELLING TO BE SOWED BY HIM WITH HIS ILLEGAL POSSESION.IT IS ALSO FALSE AS HE HAS NO TITLE OF POSSESION ACCORDING TO LAW.CAN I OR POLICE LOG F.I.R.ON HIM BEFORE INVESTIGATION ACCORDING TO I.P.C.182.CAN MY RIVAL PROTEST IN COURT AFTER FINAL REPORT?CAN THIS F.I.R.BE QUASHED ON FALSE ALLEGATION?WHAT IS THE BENEFICIAL STEP WHICH SHOULD BE DONE BY ME?

If police is not registering FIR then you can file application for the same u/s 482 crpc.

Yes, the complainant has right to oppose the acceptance of Final Report.

Quashing is hardly allowed unless there is patent error on the face of complaint.

For quashing do wait till submission of charge sheet.

While agree with the expert in the given facts, consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents to guide you against the conspiracy.

I too agree with the opinions and advises of expert Mr. Barman in the issue. Filing a quash petition before the high court has become a fashion now a days, hence the high courts are not at at all entertaining such petitions.
