Hi Sir,

I would like to file a case for defamation on wrong termination of my employment.

1) What is the amount I need to pay the court?
I heart it is Rs 7000 for every lac.

2) Can I get the contact details of the lawyers from Bangalore.

First of all no defamation case lies against termination of employment even if the same is wrong.
For this civil remedy lies in appropriate forum.

For defamation case in WB the court fees if fixed at rs.10/-.
Court fees differ from state t state.
