Please specify me the concept of "Index of Record of Proceedings" in the view of writ petition in Supreme Court of India.
and please give me any specimen (sample copy) of "Index of Record of Proceedings"

Dear Mr. Yogesh,

It is not a big thing. The following is the index of proceedings sheet which is required to be filed along with the SLP.

In the first line it will be typed INDEX (and it will be centered)
In the next line it will be typed RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS (and again it will be centered)

Thereafter, a three columnor table will have to be provided with as many rows as can be accommodated within a single page.

S.No., Date of proceeding, Page No., will be typed in the three columns as a heading row.
The sample is given below.

I am a grassroots Innovator and fighting for rights of Indian Innovator and Researcher. (Ref - Dairy NO.37414/2013/PIL/WRIT)

I kindly request to you, If you have possible than please send me well drafted PIL (including each and every document i.e Affidavit, Memo of appearance, wp, all index, listing profarma etc) as a specimen thereby I can draft properly. at least more than 3 sample required so I could understand properly.

Dear Anirudh Ji,

I am in path of truth, don't know what will happen with current PIL, but this effort may useful in future PIL's.

I have reviewed SC rule 1966 and manual that which is given on web of SC, even a book named "Public Interest Litigation with Model PIL Formats - Dr B L Wadehra" but I don't found required information completely.

I request to you, If you have possible than suggest me any book or any online available article which deals complete drafting guideline.

And also request that please send some good drafted PIL on my email ypsonar@gmail.com including each and every documents, you may apply some nominal fees to me with considering grate public interest.

Please reply as early as possible.
