Rectification in gpa made in 2005

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a property in 2005 with Registered GPA in delhi area. I have paid 5% stamp duty on purchase. I have also attached the area map with GPA.I have purchased 225 Sq Gaj area from 7 Acer area . Now in 2013 rest land have sold and now the map of land also changed. In old map road width is 15',north-east road and west-south other property. In new map road width is 16'-17' , east-west road and north- south other property. Size of property also changed old 27X75 and now 24.7*82.

please suggests, What i have to do .Can i rectify the GPA with rectification deed .

merely because road width has subsequently changed you dont need a rectification deed .

Land Khasara no. same but size of property and side position have changed. First party agree to change the rectification. what I have to do for current situation for that no any problem occur in future.
Is Rectification Deed allowed in GPA in delhi?

If you are so much concerned and worried about future problems in this regard, you may go for rectification deed even now but both the buyer and the vendor are to be present for signing the deed.
