Representation delay of 350 days with vague reason whether approach with liberal or not.

Appellant filed an appeal within time but memorandum of appeal was returned by court for some error with one week time for representation. Appellant did not represent an appeal within time. but he represent an appeal after 350 days with condone delay petition U/s.151 of CPC. there is two appellants. petitioners' affidavit silent about another appellant and what prevent their from represent an appeal within time.

Any of the appellants can prefer an appeal.
The court would condone the delay as appeal was preferred in time but only making correction it took time.
