"sir, i want to marry with my girlfriend but our parent are not consent.we love each other so much. so we decided to do court marriage. but i want to know after applying for court marriage can i live with my girlfriend during 30 day notice period.. we live in india and we both are hindus..but our cast are different..so plese give me legal and perfect advise..my girlfriend do not want to go back her father's home and she want to live with me...can we live together during 30 day notice period of court marriage or not? we do not want to go back our home after applying for court marriage. we want to live together always. my age is 23 and my girlfriend age is 20. pls sir give me complete informaion."

You can live with your girl friend, for any number of days, there is no time limit.

But, you will be called as the husband and wife only after the marriage.

i would not advise you to stay with your girl friend during 30 days notice period . since there is lot of opposition from family members due to caste issues better wait till you are legally married . dont complicate the issue further .
