Dear Sir,
My name is Umesh verma from Ahmedabad.Actually I had filed a divorce petition in family court, we had sent 4 times summons to other party but they do not receive summon each time and resend it.
Now as per a suggestion from my friend I have to do gazette of that so that other party should have to present in family court.
I want to know is it possible for me to do this or when I can do gazette so that I can come to a final decision.
Please help me and guide.

It is paper publication not gazette publication.
If summons returned on 'not claimed' or ' refused' then the court may fix it for es parte.

Summons from Court if returned is deemed served.
Ask for substituted service, through newspaper advt. In vernacular and English leading dailies
Plead with court to consider ordering exparte taking note of opposite party behaviour

Well advised by expert Mr.Aiyer. As summons are served in normal course, you can request the court for substituted service that means publication in a local news paper. If still there is no response, you can request the court for ordering ex-parte.

get permission form court for private notice,file the returned private notice with a memo seeking substituted service of summons or if he court is satisfied with sufficient service of summon, en exparte decree can be obtained.
