Dear Authority,

I Married a girl into arya samaj mandir. but now she is with me and her family specially brother terrorizing us to kill or to make me arrest in false allegations.

please tell me and guide main how can i fought against it legally. there is no buddy who can help me. I really beg you please help me

if your wife is with you then file a complaint on behalf of her against her brother.

go with your wife to local police station . ask your wife to lodge complaint against her family members of threats to life etc .

forward a copy of complaint to state commission of Women

You both should lodge a complaint before the local police aginst your brother-in-law about his threats. The police people will definitely register a crime against him.
