Sir, Im Bharath, I have property and i intended to construct a commercial property. for that purpose i have taken necessary license and permission from the concerned department. after taking construction license i was unable to start the construction due to financial issues. after 3 years from that date i started my construction. as i started construction, i was notfied by the license issued concerned dept that the license is valid for 2 yrs only.. hence i applied for renewal of license and took renewed license . Few days later few local politicians harassed me for bribe.. else threaten to stop construction., as i ignored to pay bribe to them.. they started putting applications, thought the concernd dept knew that they have issued construction license to me, for no reason i was asked to get verification of property documents and i did many times n they told me stop construction till they confirm oraly. where as ill face huge loss if i stop construction in between. so i continued.. later they gave me written notice that im continuing construction without license. (I have proper licence and documents related to my property) hence i approched an advocate to file Permanent injection case against govt dept and local politicians. as my advocate told me that it may take long time to take injection against govt dept. If i stop construction ill face big loss.
i request any one can kindly sujjest me for how to speedy the process and kindly sujjest any previous case law or citation for reference.

Well, civil suit is not the proper remedy if you want speedy remedy.'
You should go for Writ in the high court for both expeditious and efficacious remedy..

Devajyoti sir.. thank you for instant replay.. since i have already filed suit in lower court at my locality.. can i refile the same suit in high court ?

Move an application in the trial court for interim relief enlisting the difficulties you face in the event of stoppage of construction work right now and seeking permission to continue the work showing your willingness to demolish the construction in the event of verdict goes against you.

But in My veiw "One wounded only can feel pain., rest others can give sympathy only" wat else is possible... im applying treatment for my wound with ref on doctor's advise, viz.. though its my lawyer's job, he can help me to resolve my issue, rest its my job to provide proper document..I believe in doing my job.
