You can prefer an appeal before the high court on the basis of the ground realities as well as your pleadings.

whether writ under 32 can also be mainataiable? as delhi High Court has paased an ordr under Court of its own motion Vs State TO PROVIDE CERTIFY COPY OF FIR AT ANY STAGE ..Since its matter of Haryana and one of my relative is lawyer is residing in Delhi is eager to file the common writ petition in common interest?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 22 December 2013
It is not advisable to go for Writ for this small matter.
You better file Revision in the high court challenging this order.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 22 December 2013
As advised an appeal or revision will be sufficient. A writ is unnecessary for such petty issues.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 22 December 2013
Advisable to file revision in the given circumstances.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 22 December 2013
Revision should be filed against the illegal order of JMFC before Punjab & Haryana High court at Chandigarh.
