Witness did not sign affidavit before oath commissioner

Dear Sir,

Effect : Witness did not sign Affidavit inn front of Oath Commissioner , Hence Affidavit of Witness cannot be read in evidence

Kindly advise if any related judgment we can find on this point

If oath commissioner has not verified as it is signed before me it does not amount to affidavit.

How that can help you in your case, if the witness has not signed Affidavit in front of Oath Commissioner unless you prove the signature of the witness as forged, while the oath commissioner has already attested the affidavit of the witness?
