Kindly tell me what is the legal process to separated from family relation? My family wants to legally separated from the joint family and for this is it sufficient to release newspaper notification ? In short they wanted to dissolve the relations ? Please help?

it has but they do not want to give us. actually registries in the name of few family members. the properties is not inherited but acquired jointly by merging funds at 20 years back. but this is not mention in registry documents. that's why we want to separate from them.

But how I prove that the properties consisting of my share and brought from our funds also. they people depressed us. and in the court they may say it his/her self acquired property. In that case what to do?

payment must have been made by cheque?? funds must have come from some bank accounts . if property standing in name of purchaser was bought from funds lying in his account how can it be regarded as joint family property . he would be absolute owner of said property .

payment was not made by cheque as the property at that time was very nominal price. all the payment was made by collecting the cash funds and even paid cash. but registered in the name of one only as bonafide person. now the intention of this one member bcome malafide.

consult a local lawyer . if all payments have been made in cash by the owner of property how can you claim it is joint family property .

Take the help of nears, dears, relatives and family friends and try to reach some amicable solution. Be satisfied whatsoever is received.
Legal steps may not fetch required results in the given facts.

We use all our efforts but furtile. If we connected with them anyway it is hearting us every time. So we want to dissolve relation. Can we issue public notice in the newspaper for dissolution of relation??????

What is the need? Start living separate and keep an arms length with them. No relationship develop till both parties respond positive.

There is absolutely no legal process required to get separate from joint family.
Just go away from them.

Joining and separation are personal issues of understanding. If there is no adjustment, get separation with the intervention of elders so that you may get fair share of joint properties.
