He acquired this property in his name before division of his family(b/w brothers). Now, he has 02 sons and 01 married daughter, my question is that whether her married daughter can claim her share in the aforesaid land before or after transanction? Please suggest me sir.

contact a local lawyer . show him the papers. is the property standing in name of seller? . insist on other brothers be confirming parties if seller claims to be absolute owner of said property .

without getting documents vetted by lawyer dont purchase

If the person from you plan to buy has bought the property he is proposing to sale you in his name by a registered sale deed, then he is absolute owner and his wife, sons , daughters, or brothers have no right during his life time and he can do any thing of his property .

Well advised by experts so no more to add.

All your queries are made to know the rights of the members in the family from whom you are purchasing.Do not attempt to purchase until otherwise you get papers from the seller giving clear picture on the title of the property.
