In a criminal case, how many times can one try for quash in HC after the first one has failed. This is after chargesheet is filed.

Dear Experts, it is a section 326 case and we tried quashing once and it was rejected. How many more times can we go for quashing? Is there a limit to the times we can go for quashing. CS has been filed. I have given details and request an answer.

If Quashing of FIR has failed in SB you can apply in DB if also failed in DB you can apply in SC.

if there is any new discovery of facts or any new ground you can file the same again otherwise not. the quashing petition can not be filed on same ground if once the court has decided the same
