Dear Raj Kumar,
If you can condense the judgment in two parts namely 1. the reason for the complainant to approach the court 2. the finding of the court and 3. how the appellant was given relief. If you can draft it in pdf format and mail me that will be enough. Going through it, if I find the process by which the court arrived at the decision is also needed I will let you know. I know taking photo copies of pages from the journal is a task. I reside at A-43 Doshi Garden,Vadapalani , Chennai-600026
The purpose is, I was advised, the decision will be a precedence worth quoting in a case I am following before a consumer fora
