Change of dob on indian passport

Respected Sir/Madam, I currently hold British passport but when i had Indian passport there was wrong date of birth on it and same followed on in British passport and OCI card. On both Indian and British passport and OCI card its three year more then in birth certificate and school documents. My Indian passport was revoked as soon as i changed my nationality, will that be any problem if i want to change DOB on my OCI card and British passport now, and please advice me how to do it. I want to do this to avoid any problems in future. I am in U.K at the moment so i need to do this through Indian embassy here. Please advice. Thank you.

You file an application for entering your correct date of birth along with a notarized affidavit, your Birth certificate and your school leaving certificate etc with the Indian Embassy for entry of your correct DOB and accordingly they'd effect correction of DOB.

You have date of birth proofs with you, but the DOB entered in the Pass Port is wrong. You can seek advice from Indian Embassy how to get the same rectified.
