ONE OF MY CLIENT LADY(JYOTI) WHO HAD BEEN LIVING SEPARATELY FROM HER HUSBAND FROM LAST THREE YEARS(SINCE 2010)

HER HUSBAND (RAMESH) USED TO BEAT HER BRUTALLY AND HER CHILDREN AFTER DRINK AND USED TO ABUSED IN A BIG WAY.

SHE HAS FILED ON EASE U/S 125 FOR MAINTENANCE WHICH IS PENDING BEFORE DISCTRICT COURT.

SHE (JYOTI) ALSO FILED ONE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT BEFORE CAW CELL.

RAMESH HAS FILED ONE CASE U/s 9 HINDU MARRIAGE ACT TO GET HIS WIFE BACK.

CAW CELL APPOINTED A MEDIATION AND COMPROMISED BETWEEN HUSBAND AND WIFE.

WIFE JYOTI WENT BACK TO HER MATRIMONIAL HOUSE. IN THE SAME NIGHT HUSBAND (REMESH) AGAIN STARTED BETING HER,ABUSING IN A BIG WAY,BEATING THE CHILDREN AFTER DRINKING.

IN THIS CASE WHAT CAN BE DONE.

Lodge an FIR.Dv case and divorce case are other options.125cr.p.c. is already pending.

The beating is a frh cause of action on which basis fresh criminal case can be initiated unless she is ready to stay her husband tolerating the tortures.

if inpsite of efforts made at reconcoilation husband does not mend his ways , file police complaint aginst him and also case of DV

the fact that he does not even spare his children after drinking indicates there is no future in such a marriage .

file for divorce as it makes no sense in staying with an abusive husband
