hi,,,sir,

i am an working professional as an manager in an advertising company and recently taking part in real estates but not as an professional nor have my own company for that.
my question is can i take part as an third party/agent between buyer and seller without registering myself as a company.

if i can, please provide me a sample copy of mou/agreement for a 3rd party/agent between seller and buyer

U can work as a Agent between the interested parties in individual capacity so far they repose faith on u and u bear an intention to strike a commercial deal between them.

For sample copies of MOU or Agmt., u have to further disclose brief arrangement including monetary consideration & timelines to any acceptable format.
