Regarding jurisdiction

Sir.i was a medical representative in a pharma co.in MP,for last 13 years,company's Head office is at Ahmedabad,suddenly,company discharged me after domestic inquiry,then i submit my case in local labour court,co.took objection regarding jurisdiction,that in my appointment letter co.wrote that in case of any dispute,jurisdiction will be Ahmedabad,
Can it be challenged ?? if you have any citations/court's decision regarding this matter,please guide me as early as possible

if as per terms of your appointment leter it is provided that in event of any disputes it shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at ahemdabad only then case ought to have been filed in ahemdabad

Condition written and accepted would be applicable. Jurisdiction would be at Ahamdabad.

"that in my appointment letter co.wrote that in case of any dispute,jurisdiction will be Ahmedabad," IS YOUR SENTENCE in which i do not find word ONLY placed in answers,if it is so as fact the Company is wrong and can not succeed but if 'ONLY' is there Mr.Sethi
opinion shall prevail.
