Notices in quash petition

(Querist) 25 September 2013 This query is : Resolved 
in dvc case quash petition has been filed and notices are send to the respondents as per the directions of hon'ble HIGH court.interim stay has granted to stop the proceedings till the date given(i.e 15/9/13) in the order.
1.if the respondent not given any reply what steps we have to follow .
2. at this stage directly hon'ble court may quash the names of petitioners in DVC?
GIVE ME SUGGESTION SIR.

If the respondent not given any reply it is the court to take appropriate steps as per law/legal procedure for which you will wait,watch and act. At this stage Court shall delete the names of petitioners in the case, if found fit and proper.
