False dowry case & suggestion for divorce

Hai Sir,
I am M.Selvasekaran a central Government Employee working in orissa . My wife has complaint against me , Parents , Sister & brother in Laws for False Dowry & Harassment case on May.I am in Orissa , My parents is in Thoothukudi & sister & brother in Law is at Chennai. But she has Lodged a False Case for Collecting Money to her family. Due to CG Employee I have to compromised on police Station by lawyers ( But My lawyer has cheated Me by Supporting the opposite party ) They told to pay Rs 3500 /- per month to my wife , at that situation because of Compulsion of Adv & Black mails of Police & Wife's family. I accept that Because Me , Dad & Brother in Law are Central Government employee, , She doesn't agree to come. I want to Divorce Please Help me & give advice , I am a native of Thoothukudi, I want a good Family Advocate s from Thoothukudi.

If not criminal case has been registered, then talk with your wife and settle the matter mutually. As prolonging these issues will trouble both the sides.
