i want to learn criminal drafting and from where will i get the model format of bail application, surety application, refund application, return of property application, and vakalatnama as i have enrolled this year.

Drafting is one of the most intellectually demanding of all lawyering skills. It requires a knowledge of the law, the ability to deal with abstract concepts, investigative instincts, an extraordinary degree of prescience, and organizational skills.
You can get diffrent format of bail application, surety application, refund application, return of property application in diffrent criminal books & Criminal Manuals. Better for you to visit a legal book shop and chose suitable books for you.

Sincere advise to you. dont go for referring the books to know how to draft, try to draft first and show your senior about your drafting he will correct it, if you went on referring the books for drafting you will never learn the drafting. It is my experience, once I had been to my senior for drafting he told first you draft, i will correct the mistakes I followed my senior advise i didnt refer any books, now I can draft anything.

After joining the profession immediately I had drated the my first case go thru., the plaint drafted by your senior then you will learn how to draft.
