Due deligence, advisory & valuation - cost

Hi
I am planning to buy a land in Bangalore. Since the land has some revenue issues, i would like get complete due deligence, advice and valuation of said land. It's 200 acres single survey no. land with 2 owners from family.
I wish to know how much normally does it cost if I appoint a local or a reputed land services provider.

fees vary . since you are purchasing 200 acres of land don't bargain for fees . hire the best

You should not care for the cost rather should trust over the person having the good track-record keeling in view the large extent of investment on your part.
