Hi,

I went through eye correction surgery last month. Where one eye they mistreated and i temporarily lost my sight and also went into coma. Now i'm able to see well. It costed be around 1lakh rupee.

Please advise

You have rightly been advised but before you go to consumer fora, it shall be good for you to obtain the report that a wrong treatment was given and that was the result of a carelessness.

it is wrong treatment which you have to prove. simple failure of treatment is no cause to move to consumer court.
