Retainership agrement for drivers

Hi sir,

As our company is into transportation, as we want to hire drivers in contract basis or by retainer ship agreement, we require the law notification for the same.

My brief to do this is, we don't want to pay them PF or ESIC benefits, cause they are going to give us the service for short term.

We came to know from one of our associate that we can enter in a retainer ship agreement to avoid the contribution of PF and ESIC.

As we want to go through the Law notification of the same, can any one of you people help us out.

contact a local lawyer . he will do the drfating and furnish you his bill . cant state how much fees lawyer would charge
