1) If a foreginer acquires Indian citizenship by registration or Citizenship by naturalisation, did his / her name, address and other details publish in the Government of India Gazette?

2) Can we get details of nationalities who acquired indian citizenship from the bureau of immigration?

3) Is it comes under Right Information Act?

In constitutional law detail matter about citizenship is given, it can be acquired by birth or by residing in place constantly for certain years the law specifies.

Yes, It is mandatory as per Indian Citizenship Act.

Nandkumar ji, Thank you. I requested regarding foreigners acquiring indian citizenship by registration or by naturalisation. We the citizens don't know at present who is getting indian citizenship and in what way? Now a days you are seeing how antisocial elements are creating problems in our country. As a citizen of India and an Advocate, I have every right to know about foreigners who is acquiring indian citizenship and in what way. It is also our duty to look after about these people and bring notice to the Judiciary. I know about Right information Act.

This is a constitutional and immigration question.I didn't find answer anywhere in Law books.I try to confirm but didn't get any answer.

What I want to say under RTI Act Government is providing information. In the same way why Indian Government is not providing foreginers details who is acquiring Indian Citizenship.
