-abusing by boss-

If at a Workplace the Boss abuses me , what actions do I Need to Take. Could I file a Complaint in police Station Or Should I Approach a Judoicial Magistrate .
What is the Exact procedure To Approach the Magistrate in Such Cases..

File a complaint to your local station house officer,if the officer refused to take action then move to criminal court through your local advocate.

Rohit,

The moment you complaint to Police, you will be thrown out of job. Your entire career will be spoilt.
Don't even dream to do so,YOU being a Management Staff/ Manager in the firm.
Try to talk in polite language , try to understand problem of your Boss, and keep higher up informed, so that no more abusing.
If it don't work, you resign.

Act wisely, with cool head, in low profile, NOT LAW PROFILE.

Agree with experts particularly Shroff sir in case you are not in fear of losing job or ready to resign or capable of getting job immediately at hand then file police complaint and run to court premises day to day amok.
