(Regarding this letter Deputy Director, Local Govt. Jalandhar had written to the Executive officer, Improvement trust the copy of that letter had been forwarded to me. The contents of the letter is Reference to the Reminder letter No. 3DDSS-2006/6926 dated 10.5.2006 regading Sub: Apeeal against Resumption of Plot No. 683 at Guru Hargobind Nagar, Phagwara.
Regarding the matter cited above in the case of Rajneesh Madhok of Nehru Nagar, st no. Railway Raod, Phagwara's complaint dated 2.4.2006. The copy of the complaint has been sent to you and you were requested to send the report in this connection by 15.5.2006. But your office has not done sent the required information up to now to this office. With this letter you are requested to send the demanded report without further delay up to 27.5.2006 to this office so that further action could be taken in this case.

It is decided in the meeting that the persons who have covered 85% of area, there case should be finalized after imposing penalty)

Under the provision of Right to Information Act, 2005, I hereby seek information on the following points. I am the holder of Plot No. 683, Improvement Trust, Scheme No. 1, (Guru Hargobind Nagar), Phagwara,
1. No. of applications received, with date, applicants name and postal address for the registration of sale deeds, from the original allotties of the plots, sold by Improvement Trust, Phagwara & payment of stamp duty received on actual/ original allotment price.
2. No. such applications allowed with date, applicants name & postal address
3. No. of such applications rejected with date, applicants name & postal address.
4. What speaking orders were passed & whether conveyed in the rejected cases to the applicants.
5. No. of applications for Registration of Sale deeds and payment of stamp duty received with date, applicants name and postal address on actual/ original allotment price, after the guidelines & directions issued in print media with the meeting held by 26 Chairmen of Improvement Trusts.
6. No. of such applications allowed with date, applicants name & postal address after the guidelines & directions passed in the said meeting as stated above in Col 5.
7. No. of such applications rejected with date, applicants name & postal address after the guidelines & directions in the meeting held as per Col 5.
8. What speaking orders were passed & whether conveyed in the rejected cases, to the applicants after the guidelines & directions in the judgements passed till date.

Kindly look in to the Point No. 1,2,3 and 11 answered by the PIO. Sir, In Point No. 11 the PIO says that the information demanded was replied by PIO in Hindi (Actually in Punjabi language). The english version of the point no. 11 is the letter I received from Deputy Director, Local Govt. She had directed the local Improvement trust office to send the file pertaining to my case of Plot no. 683. Which the Improvement trust says that they have no record of that file. Whereas the enclosed letter is the reminder by Director, Local Govt. to the Improvement Trust office. As the case would have been settled if the file would have been sent to the Hon'ble Deputy Director of that time. In the meantime the Hon'ble Director transferred to the posting of Registrar to Punjab Technical University, so the case could not be solved till date and the matter is lingering on since then. Now as an expert kindly suggest what to do. The English matter is not the part of the PIO's reply. It is my rejoinder. The PIO's reply is in Hindi language. My application is in English language and my rejoinder to the specific point though received in Punjabi language has been translated to English language. Now kindly suggest as I want to file the appeal to the First appellate authority the points to be highlighted. As an expert you can highlight those points which as a layman I could not consider.
