yes it is possible mishra ji.
mantion in the memorandum of the trust,
that trust can be work out side of dl,and it should be ragisterd.

Trust registered in one state is not required to re-register it in other states hence it working can be made in all or nay o =f the states at the same time as per provisions of Indian Trust Act 1885.
