I HAVE INCORPORATED MY COMPANY ON 25/05/2013 AND I NEED TO INCREASE MY AUTHORIZED SHARE CAPITAL. SO PLEASE TELL ME WITHIN HOW MUCH TIME I CAN INCREASE MY CAPITAL AND WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?

Within one week why do you require to increase the share capital? Some Company Secretary might have helped you for incorporation of your company. Take his assistance again.
