i have decided to purchase property and so i gave token amount to other party through Agent..agter 25 days i have cancelled so other party refuse to give that token money so pl guide us what to do....we dont have writen proof for that token amount.

If you on your own paid token, and cancelled the deal, you have to bear it.
That is why token money is paid . & u agreed to it being token money.

Legally speaking, you have no right to claim refund but if other party is ready to refund some portion of it then accept it without any objection.
