Plz help sir!
I have a property here in ramamandi Jalandhar(Punjab) against which i want to take loan from bank as mortgage.i have been lived there since 30years. i have a registry of the property but my home in under red line according to MC . Bank says to give a ts1 form but MC officer say that ts1 form only issued to which person who pay the property tax like house is rent etc.i have no due water or electricity bill.
Plz tell me how to get a ts1 form MC office sufficient document for getting loan from bank

Please clarify whether property is a plot or a residential building.

Better to change the bank as municipality cannot issue better document in your favour than it possesses relating to your property.

approach another bank for loan . contact agents who do the processing work for loan . since property is in your name and you are the owner you should not face any problems
