Prov under cpc to withdraw other plaintiffs

(Querist) 24 April 2013 This query is : Resolved
There are 4 plaintiffs in a declaration suit and I am the 2nd plaintiff. I am very much suffered to say that 1st & 3rd plaintiffs are not c0-opetrating with me in the suit . Hence the suit is dragging on . What is the remedy to me under CPC prov ?
Can I withdraw those 2 plaintiffs from the suit ? Or what are the remedies to remove them totally from the suit ?

There is no requirement to either separate from the suit or force other plaintiff to separate themselves rather you plead your own case without bothering others.

You can apply for their transposition to add them as defendants.
