Legal regarding registered will and attesting witness

(Querist) 19 April 2013 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
My mother had died leaving a will dated in 1993 which was registered after her death by me in year 1994 and two attesting witnesses, who also scribed signatures on Will. During my mothers life time she had taken a loan on her property and after her death, her registered will was mortgaged in the bank where my elder brother and me also agreed to the said will and signed on the same bank documents as loan was in stand till 1997.
But now my elder brother has prepared another forged will in year 1994 and he denies his signature in bank documents where my mothers will was pludged.
Also in my mothers will, one of the attesting witness has denied its execution of Will but he agrees and verifies his signature, also another attesting witness is dead but his signatures can be verified by his advocate clerk. Also bank has produced the attested copy of mothers will and the signatures of my elder brother where he agrees to the said will.
kindly guide me regarding the said matter also can my mothers registerd will be proved or not.

"mother had died leaving a will dated in 1993 which was registered after her death by me in year 1994 "

Regn was after her death.

As WILL was not registered by mother,DURING HER LIFETIME, it need expert's approval of her Signature. Thereafter it will be declared valid / proved.

Chances of former 'will' preponderates over the latter assessed from facts available.
